Hello Pigs (Oinks).

Ok since Cheryl Gatot Qing Qing wants me to post about what I am doing in the US, I shall post. Hmm.

DAY 1:
In New York. I landed at about 1055 in the morning at the John F Kennedy Airport. Reached the hotel at about 12-1pm if i am not wrong. I was SUPER TIRED. I mean like, flying for 20 hours is really tiring. Plus, 12-1pm is like 1-2am in Singapore, which is my sleeping time. So I slept until 5pm, when my brother woke me up, and we decided to go out. The weather was very very nice. like cold and windy. Then we wanted to explore more of New York so we decided to take the BUS! You know right. in singapore there are bus-stops. In New York there are bus-stops too la. but when we walked out of the hotel then we saw a bus then we were pointing and saying, "ya thats the bus we're supposed to take" and then right. The bus driver stopped the bus to let us in even though we werent at the bus stop. LOL. so nice right. and he was like helping us a lot with all the directions and stuff. SUPER friendly. So then we took the metro subway(MRT) and we went to the Manhattan area which was super nice because of all the tall tall buildings. then we went to EAT! and we went around the area into bookstores etc. after that we just went back because we were REAL tired.

DAY2:
In New York still. We decided to take a tour instead. I LOVE THE TOUR. We all like left at 9am, the van came to pick us up. and then we studied some geography and history of NYC. There was this baby and she was really adorable. like really small. So we were the second last to be picked up and then we went to pick the last group of people up but unfortunately we were stuck in a huge massive jam. worst than singapore jams. worst than krystal's jam. ok anyway, after that we went to look at all the cool stuff. Manhattan's real nice. We drove all around it. We drove on the bridge that that HOME ALONE 2 guy acted in. the one where he was on the taxi and stuff. it was SO COOL. and then we saw central park and the big big big big christmas tree and the plaza hotel (all related to home alone 2!!) then we went to see the world trade centre site. then the tour guide took us to some other place. you know right. there are loads of christmas decorations everywhere la. more than singapore and orchard road. and we took lots of photos and we walked around the big buildings after that. it was really enjoyable. then the tour guide said that we would be going on a boat ride. at first i thought those small small boats but it ended up a big boat or like a ship. so we went on the boat and it sailed to liberty island, where the statue of liberty is. then we took loads of photos and went to another island but i forgot the name. we watched some movie about the immigrants but i was asleep the whole time because i was really tired(havent got used to the time). then we visited the empire state building and we went to the 86th floor and the view was really great. the wind was so strong that i could feel myself being like BLOWN AWAY. ok la not blown away but i could feel the wind pushing me. then somemore it was so high so it is like scary la. then after that we went back.

DAY 3:
Still in New York, leaving for washington.
We went to the train station. the train ride was 3 hours. I BOUGHT SUSHI RACHEL ANG. haha. and the pizza in US is really nice. and so at first it was quite boring. then i started reading the book rachel ang lent me. then after that we took pictures of the sceneries outside etc. then we reached WASHINGTON. much colder than new york. haha and much lesser people too.

OK THIS IS REALLY REALLY REALLY LONG and i am REALLY REALLY REALLY tired so i shall blog another day about what i did in washington DC. AH. CHERYL GATOT QING QING BETTER BE GRATEFUL FOR THIS OK.
